What to do on Market Day

including Terms & Conditions

* 8.30am set up is on the morning of Market day, Strictly Between 8.30am - 9.30am no large items will be accepted  after 9.30am as market day starts at 10am we want a professional approach to being ready for open doors at 10am

* Trestle table measurements: 1.75m Length X .75m Depth

* Chair Provided

* Please bring a table cloth for neat presentation of your stall.

* There is 2 spots available for 2 large items next to your trestle table.  As your items are sold on the day you    are welcome to bring more in to replace what has been sold.

* Pack up of your stall can not be done before 1pm keeping the Market safe and busy for all other stall holders.     please finish packup by 2pm.

* Clothes are best hung on a clothes rack neatly presented on clothes hangers clearly priced next to your    trestle table.

* TIPS TO SELL AND DO WELL ON MARKET DAY - Wash all items, Clearly price tag items for sale and    Present your stall to sell to make money, Don't have items sticking out in front of your stall it deters people    from stopping at your stall to sell .

* PLEASE NOTE dirty, unsafe and broken items will be asked to be removed from your stall for the safety   conditions of  used toys for children, Which can be found on the ACCC website www.accc.gov.au including   the ACCC checklist of selling prams and strollers. Mums and Bubs Market  will not be held responsible for   any compliance of the selling of preloved and handmade items from the stall holder with any Act, By-Law,   Regulation or Statute.

* Security is the stallholders responsibility, the organiser and Mums and Bubs Market will take no    responsibility of any loss, damage or theft of items at the market including large items, it is the stallholders    responsibility to secure the stall including any monies of the stall holders.

* Do not nail, glue, paint, stitch, pin, sticky tape, blue tac any items including signage to any part of the building    including, walls, floors, carpet, trestle table and anywhere outside including the car park. Signage can be    attached to your table cloth if need be.

* Do not sell any dangerous goods or weapons.

* Mums and Bubs Market will not be held liable for any persons suffering any loss, damage or injury to any    persons who enter the market area, entering the market area is at the stallholders own risk.

* The stallholder including his agents or servants agrees to indemnify Mums and Bubs Market against all    claims against damages and/or injuries to the property or person of any person of any claim of any person    due to the negligence of the stall holder, agents or servants.  The stall holder accepts responsibility of any    claim raised for all items preloved and/or handmade items sold at Mums and Bubs Market to any persons.

* Pack up is strictly between 1pm - 2pm only, please could you leave your area as you found it - clean with no    rubbish present including any unsold items.

* We reccommend to have at least $50 - $100 in change and notes for a float for your stall on the day.
